Base Dirt
We start with high quality base Paydirt with material across all classification sizes. This is intended to mimic conditions found at natural Placer Gold deposits. Our base Paydirt comes from Gold Bearing deposits in Wyoming, Oregon, California and sometimes Nevada. Wyoming would be our most common source.

Gold
We add only authentic high-purity Placer Gold purchased from our own dedicated mining source. We also buy Gold back from You, our customers, when you decide you want to cash in on what you found during your prospecting endeavors. We assess each lot of Gold for purity using a standard “acid” test. Our Gold is between 18k and 22k purity.

Packaging
We use a durable Mylar bag that is zip lock sealed and double heat sealed to ensure the protection of all contents. We also ship in padded mailers that are double-taped to ensure items are not tampered with during shipping.

Traceability
Each individual package has a unique serial number, and we record which packages each customer purchases. We maintain logs of all dirt, Gold, silver, gemstones, and packaging to ensure we maintain strict quality control from manufacture of our product to you our valued customer.

Weight
We use two high-precision lab quality analytical scales to weigh out added Gold. Each scale is calibrated using standard laboratory methods before each production run with a calibration set that is ISO / AOAC certified. Our scales are accurate within 1/100 of a gram with a standard deviation of less than .003 of a gram.

Quality Verification
Gold is weighed on two separate scales by two separate people and our internal policy dictates that both weights must match prior to adding the Gold to each package. We also photograph the Gold on the scale prior to adding it to ensure we limit errors during production.
