To Our Valued and Loved Customers:

Your satisfaction is top priority to us here at Flash in the Pan Paydirt. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right. With over one thousand units sold; we have only had 1 package lost in the mail. And 1 customer ask for a refund as the person believed our package was 1/100th of a gram under our stated amount. Turns out, the customer later found out their scale was not accurate enough to weigh down to 1/100th of a gram. We gave the customer a partial refund for the amount they claimed we missed.

If you feel that we did not meet your expectations, contact us. Our shipping is insured and with some help from you, we will issue a refund for missing shipments as long as you are able to help us investigate.

With beginning prospectors, we occasionally will get comments that the amount of Gold we Guaranteed was not included in the order. We will gladly refund or replace your order if you complete the following steps:

First, watch one of the Gold panning tutorial videos offered by us. It takes a little practice to perfect the proper panning technique. Our founder notices that he always finds a little more Gold when he pans the material a second or even a third time. And he has panned thousands or pounds of Paydirt.

Second, we need to look at your scale. Is your scale capable of weight down to the 100th of a gram? Most scales are not. Also, has your scale been properly calibrated using a calibration weight or set of weights in the past 30 days. If not, you need to use the scale manufactures instructions to properly calibrate it.

If your scale is not able to be calibrated, then likely it not accurate enough for weigh a precious metal such as Gold.

If you are panning correctly and your scale is calibrated correctly, and you still do not have the amount of Gold we promised. We will gladly send you a refund for the amount you are short provided that you complete the following.

  • Send a photo of the scale you are using.

  • Send a photo of your scale empty and set to zero.

  • Send a photo with your scale with its calibration weight on the dead center point of the scales tray or pan.

  • Send a photo of the Gold you did recover on your properly calibrated and tared scale.

  • Send a sixty second clip of your panning technique.

If you complete these steps. We will issue a refund within 5 business days for the amount of Gold you did not receive or replace your product when you return the Gold you did find.
